The rooms had great mountain views from a balcony. the staff offered advice on local sights and activities. I found it really helpful. the breakfast offered both local and western options (especially the fresh food!).

well-kept flowers hourly shuttles centralized air conditioning missing bar
i really loved the well kept flowers all over the hotel. it smelled wonderfully like fresh roses (i wish i could bottle that scent!). the complimentary hourly shuttles to town were very convenient too. i could easily explore without worrying about transport.
i found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning wasn't working (it was centrally controlled and couldn't be turned off). i would have preferred a cooler room. also, there was no bar area to just relax and have a drink. i missed that amenity.

I found the breakfast buffet to be abundant, with a wide variety of choices. the spa steam rooms and jacuzzi were excellent. I used them daily. the hotel staff provided quick shuttle service to the town center. This made exploring easy.

The breakfast had a vast selection. It suited every taste.
I was like a child with constant reminders of what was not allowed. They recited a long list of do not dos when i checked in, for example, only two bottles of water are provided each day, do not put luggage on the bed or lose your room key, as you will be fined.

varied breakfast options disturbing street noise
The breakfast buffet offered a decent VARIETY of options.
Our mountain view room did not live up to expectations. We only saw rooftops and a street. The noise from the street was also quite DISTURBING, hindering a good night's sleep.

beautiful rooms helpful staff convenient shuttle comfortable bed
everything there are perfect. the hotel offers beautiful rooms. the staff is very nice and helpful. i found the shuttle to town very convenient, especially it runs hourly. i had a very comfortable bed.
the air conditioning system had limitations. i could not adjust the temperature to be cooler. sleeping with the balcony door open was the only option, and this allowed noise to enter.
